The CCVG leadership structure has evolved over time to reflect the needs of the Commission and its growing international community. Leadership terms run between CCVG Field Workshops, with the community involved in the nomination and election process.
Current structure
The CCVG is currently led by two co-leaders, supported by the Commission Secretary. For the first time, the CCVG also has an EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Advisor, reflecting our commitment to an inclusive and welcoming community.
How the leadership is elected
Leadership positions are open to self-nomination, with candidates presented at the Field Workshop and subsequently elected through an online vote open to IAVCEI members. The elected leadership serves until the vote held immediately following the next Field Workshop.
